আপনি রেসিংমড এর (এরপর "আমরা", "আমাদের" বা "আমাদের") প্রদত্ত পরিষেবাগুলি অ্যাক্সেস বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে প্রদত্ত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হন এবং এগুলি মেনে চলার ব্যাপারে বাধ্য থাকবেন। দয়া করে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার আগে নিম্নবর্নিত শর্তাবলী সতর্কতার সাথে পড়ুন।  

1. Acceptance of Terms / শর্তাবলীর গ্রহণ

By visiting or making a purchase on Racing Mod, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

রেসিংমড ওয়েবসাইট ভিজিট/পরিদর্শন বা কেনার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই মর্মে ঘোষণা করছেন যে আপনি কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়স্ক অথবা আইনগতভাবে চুক্তি করার ক্ষমতা রাখেন। যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর যেকোনো অংশের সাথে একমত না হন, তাহলে আপনাকে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকার জন্য অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।  

2. Products and Services / পণ্য এবং পরিষেবা

Racing Mod offers motorcycle parts and accessories for sale online. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time without notice.

রেসিংমড মূলতঃ অনলাইনে মোটরসাইকেল পার্টস এবং অ্যাক্সেসরিজ বিক্রি করে থাকে। সকল পণ্য প্রাপ্তির ওপর নির্ভর করে থাকে এবং আমরা যেকোনো মুহূর্তে কোনোপ্রকার বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই যেকোনো আইটেম বা পন্য বিক্রয় বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে থাকি।

3. Pricing and Payment / মূল্য এবং পরিশোধ

  • Prices displayed on the website are in BDT unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made through approved payment gateways such as credit cards, debit cards, Bkash (MFS), etc.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

 

  • ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত মূল্য বাংলাদেশী মূদ্রা বা টাকায় (BDT) হয়ে থাকে।   
  • আমরা যেকোনো মুহূর্তে মূল্য পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে থাকি।  
  • পণ্যের মূল্য পরিশোধ এর ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেডিট কার্ড, ডেবিট কার্ড, বিকাশ (MFS) ইত্যাদি সরকার অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে করা যেতে পারে।  
  • আপনি পণ্যের সঠিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য পরিশোধ এর তথ্য প্রদান করতে সম্মত থাকবেন। 

4. Orders and Delivery Policy / অর্ডার এবং ডেলিভারি নীতি

  • Racing Mod delivers all their products through third-party courier services. 
  • Standard delivery time is 2-3 days. However, time schedules are maintained by the third-party courier services. Racing Mod will not be liable for any unforeseen delays in delivery.
  • Any changes in displayed delivery charges and the actual delivery charges are subject to the couriers’ decisions and Racing Mod is not liable for any such changes.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, courier services add 1% COD charge of the total order value. All delivery, COD, and related charges will be borne by the customer as per courier service charge schedules.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an advance payment of Tk150 is required to confirm the order. The advance is non-fundable.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.

  

  • রেসিংমড তাদের সকল পণ্য থার্ড-পার্টি কুরিয়ার পরিষেবার মাধ্যমে সরবরাহ করে থাকে।  
  • সাধারণত প্রদত্ত পণ্য সরবরাহ বা ডেলিভারি সময় ২-৩ দিন। তথাপি, সময়সূচি থার্ড-পার্টি কুরিয়ার পরিষেবাগুলি দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়। কোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত ডেলিভারি বিলম্বের জন্য রেসিংমড কতৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকবে না।  
  • প্রদর্শিত ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং আসল ডেলিভারি চার্জের মধ্যে যেকোনো পরিবর্তন কুরিয়ারদের সিদ্ধান্তের ওপর নির্ভর করে এবং রেসিংমড কতৃপক্ষ এমন পরিবর্তনের জন্য দায়ী নয়।  
  • ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে, কুরিয়ার পরিষেবা প্রতিষ্ঠান মোট অর্ডার মানের বা মূল্যের ১% COD চার্জ যোগ করে থাকে। গ্রাহক একান্তই কুরিয়ার চার্জ স্কিম অনুযায়ী সকল ডেলিভারী, COD এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট চার্জের জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।  
  • ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পন্য অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করণের জন্য Tk150 অগ্রীম পরিশোধ করতে হবে। উল্লেখ্য অগ্রীম ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।  
  • গ্রাহকের অর্ডারসমূহ, অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও স্টকে প্রাপ্তির উপর নির্ভর করে থাকে। আমরা অর্ডারের পরিমান, ব্যাক্তি কিংবা প্রতিষ্ঠানভেদে সীমাবদ্ধ বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।  
  • কুরিয়ারের কাছে পণ্য প্রদানের পর হতে এর দায়বদ্ধ্বতা ও ঝুঁকিসমূহ কুরিয়ার পরিষেবার উপর বর্তায়।  

6. User Conduct / ব্যবহারকারী আচরণ

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its systems.

 

আপনি সম্মত হন যে আপনি:

  • ওয়েবসাইটটি অবৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করবেন না।  
  • সাইটের নিরাপত্তা বা কার্যকারিতা ব্যাহত করবেন না বা বিঘ্নিত করবেন না।  
  • ওয়েবসাইট বা এর সিস্টেমের কোনো অংশে অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেসের চেষ্টা করবেন না।

7. Intellectual Property / মননশীল সম্পত্তি / ইন্তেলেকচুয়াল প্রোপার্টি

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website are owned by Racing Mod or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on this content without explicit permission.

এই ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত সমস্ত বিষয়বস্তু, ট্রেডমার্ক, লোগো এবং বৌদ্ধিক/মননশীল সম্পত্তি এবং এটি  রেসিংমড বা এর লাইসেন্সদাতাদের মালিকানাধীন। স্পষ্ট অনুমতিব্যাতিত  আপনি এই বিষয়বস্তুর পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ, পরিবর্তন কিংবা পরিমার্জন করতে পারবেন না।

8. Limitation of Liability / দায়িত্বের সীমাবদ্ধতা

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racing Mod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or inability to use it.

 

আইন দ্বারা সর্বাধিক পরিমাণে অনুমোদিত হিসেবে, রেসিংমড ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার বা এটি ব্যবহার করতে অক্ষম হওয়ার ফলে কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ, অনুসঙ্গিক বা দন্ডাত্মক ক্ষতির জন্য রেসিংমড দায়ী হবে না। 

9. Indemnification / ক্ষতিপূরণ 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Racing Mod, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the website.

আপনি সম্মত হন যে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর লঙ্ঘন বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের কারণে রেসিংমড , এর অ্যাফিলিয়েটস, কর্মকর্তা, এজেন্ট এবং কর্মচারীদের ক্ষতি বা দায় থেকে মুক্ত রাখবেন। 

 

10. Changes to Terms / শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

 

রেসিংমড কতৃপক্ষ কোনো রকম পূর্বানুমতীব্যাতীত এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে থাকে। গ্রাহক হিসেবে আপনার একান্ত দায়িত্ব, এই পরিবর্তনগুলি জানতে পর্যায়ক্রমে শর্তাবলী পর্যালোচনা করা।
