Installation Guidelines

Flush with Fresh Fluid: The high-volume 17mm radial piston moves fluid quickly. Completely flush out contaminated old fluid and bleed the system from the bottom caliper upward using a premium DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 brake fluid.

Ensure Zero Line Kinks: Because the radial master cylinder positions the banjo bolt at the bottom of the pump, check that your front brake lines are routed without tight kinks or twisting when turning the handlebars fully lock-to-lock.

Lubricate the Cable Core: Take a few moments to spray a high-quality cable lubricant inside your clutch cable housing before routing it into the S1 clutch perch to achieve an incredibly smooth, feather-light pull.
