RCB M7 Handlebar End Balancer is a premium aftermarket control accessory precision-engineered to stabilize motorcycle handling and elevate cockpit styling. Part of RCB’s specialized lineup of alloy bar ends (alongside the M1, M2, M3, and M4 series), the M7 designation highlights a distinct geometric styling profile.

CNC-machined from high-density solid aluminum alloy, these bar ends are designed to replace lightweight plastic or standard factory bar weights, shifting weights to the outer edges of the controls to effectively neutralize high-frequency engine harmonics and road-induced vibration.

Key Features

  • Premium CNC Billet Construction: Milled entirely from a hard-grade aluminum block to deliver maximum structural integrity, exceptional durability, and a highly polished mechanical finish.

  • Targeted Vibration Damping: Engineered with specific counter-balancing mass to change the harmonic frequency of your handlebars. This heavily dampens structural engine “buzz,” directly reducing palm numbness, wrist fatigue, and hand cramps during high-RPM highway cruising.

  • Corrosion-Resistant Anodized Finish: Hard-anodized in rich metallic colors (such as Black, Gold, Red, Blue, and Silver) to lock out moisture and prevent fading or bleaching from intense UV exposure and harsh road grime.

  • Dual-Function Slider Protection: Formulated to extend past the edge of your rubber handle grips. In the event of a stationary tip-over, low-side skid, or slide, the solid alloy structure acts as a sacrificial slider, absorbing the brunt of the impact to shield your expensive handlebar tubes, throttle sleeves, and brake/clutch levers.

  • M7 Signature Aesthetic: Features a sharp, multi-tiered angular cut and an aggressive accent pattern that delivers a highly customized sport look compared to rounded or flat factory caps.

Universal Fitment Profile

The RCB M7 series is built with a universal expansion mechanism or direct bolt setup, making it highly adaptable across the market:

  1. Hollow Aftermarket Handlebars: Fits standard 22mm (7/8 inch) aftermarket hollow aluminum or steel handlebars (such as Renthal, Protaper, or RCB custom handle tubes) using the included internal expanding rubber sleeves or metal anchor wedges.

  2. Threaded OEM Handlebars: Can be mounted directly to factory internally-threaded handlebars (found on many Yamaha, Honda, and Suzuki models) by utilizing the appropriate corresponding mounting bolt length and thread pitch.

Installation Guidelines

  • Throttle Side Clearance Check: When mounting on the right-hand (throttle) side, ensure there is a distinct 1–2mm gap between the balancer inner shoulder and the rubber handle grip edge. If clamped completely flush, the balancer will pin the throttle sleeve, preventing it from snapping shut safely when you let go of the grip.

  • Threadlocker Application: Handlebars are subject to constant engine and road vibration. It is highly recommended to apply a drop of medium-strength blue threadlocker (e.g., Loctite 242) onto the mounting bolt threads before final tightening to prevent the balancers from vibrating loose over time.

  • Anti-Seize Protection: Applying a microscopic layer of anti-seize or grease to the shaft of the mounting bolt will prevent the steel fastener from binding or galvanic-welding into the handlebar interior after years of riding in wet or humid conditions.
