Product Structural Form
The R55 housing consists of two precision-machined forged halves joined by high-tensile steel bridge bolts. The internal fluid channels interconnect both 34 mm piston bores to guarantee synchronized piston advancement. The fluid entry and bleeder valve ports are symmetry-machined on opposite sides, allowing technicians to swap the bleeder nipple and banjo fitting to match top-feed or bottom-feed brake hose angles.
Operational Safety Notice: Before riding, manually spin the wheel to ensure the brake disc rotates freely without binding against the caliper body or pad carrier bolts. Always verify that there is zero fluid leakage around the banjo bolt and bleeder screw under heavy lever pressure. Perform a proper 50 km pad bedding-in procedure to achieve maximum braking power.
