1. Hollow Core Verification: Confirm your handlebar ends are completely hollow. If your motorcycle features factory handlebars with welded internal threads or permanent solid weights, the expanding rubber/metal sleeve must be omitted in favor of a direct-thread mounting bolt.

2. The Essential Throttle Gap: When fitting the right-side (throttle) balancer, always leave a 1mm to 2mm clearance gap between the balancer face and the rubber throttle grip. Never clamp it tightly flush, or it will bind the throttle tube and prevent it from snapping shut safely.

3. Torqueing the Anchor: Securely tighten the center Allen bolt. As torque is applied, the internal wedge expands outwards, exerting heavy friction against the inner walls of the handlebar to prevent the balancer from spinning or backing out under high engine RPMs.
