The RCB S1 Brake Hose Holder is a precision-engineered accessory designed to secure and organize hydraulic brake lines. While often overlooked, a proper hose holder is critical for preventing “brake line rub”—a condition where the hose vibrates against the fork or chassis, eventually leading to dangerous leaks or fraying.
The S1 series is part of RCB’s premium line, combining lightweight construction with a high-end CNC aesthetic.

Why Upgrade to the S1 Series?

Replace Brittle Plastic: Stock brake hose holders are typically made of cheap, black plastic that becomes brittle and snaps after a few years of UV exposure. The RCB S1 is a “lifetime” part.

Braided Hose Support: If you have upgraded to RCB Teflon Braided Brake Hoses, the thinner profile of those hoses can sometimes rattle in the oversized stock plastic holders. The S1 provides a much tighter, more professional fit.

Installation Note
When installing, ensure the brake hose has enough “slack” to allow for the full travel of your front suspension. Turn your handlebars from lock to lock to make sure the hose isn’t being pulled tight or kinked by the new holder position.
