RCB E-Series Front Brake Pads are premium, street-oriented aftermarket semi-metallic brake pads engineered to deliver predictable, reliable stopping power, long service life, and consistent lever feedback.
This specific variant is engineered to fit the factory front brake caliper of the Indonesian version (Indo) of the Yamaha MT-15 (as well as its platform sibling, the Indonesian Yamaha R15 V3).
Crucial Fitment Note: The Indonesian-spec Yamaha MT-15 features a golden Upside-Down (USD) front fork system and uses a completely different front brake caliper bracket configuration compared to the Indian-spec MT-15 (which uses standard telescopic forks or different ByBre/Nissin layouts). This RCB E-Series pad is specifically configured for the Indonesian-spec front brake assembly.

Installation Guideline

Degrease the Disc: Before sliding the new pads into the caliper, spray the brake disc thoroughly with a dedicated brake cleaner. Wipe away old friction glaze, dirt, or road film to prevent immediate pad contamination.

Check Master Cylinder: Pushing the caliper pistons back in to make room for new, thick pads will cause the brake fluid level in your handlebar master cylinder to rise. Check the reservoir to ensure it doesn’t overflow onto your bike’s plastics.

Bed-In Period (First 50–100 km): Brand new brake pads require a short “bed-in” period to match the micro-grooves of your current rotor. For the first 50 to 100 km, avoid panic-style, hard full-lock braking. Perform gradual, progressive slow-downs from 60 km/h to 10 km/h to evenly transfer a uniform layer of friction material onto the disc.
