Installation Guidelines

1. Clearance Check: Ensure your existing handlebars have a completely hollow opening. If your stock bars have a pre-welded internal weight or thread, you may need to use a direct-thread bolt rather than the included expanding mechanism.

2. The Throttle Safety Gap: When installing the right-side balancer, always ensure there is a 1mm to 2mm clearance gap between the balancer face and the moving rubber throttle sleeve. Never clamp it tight against the throttle grip, as this will cause the throttle to stick open.

3. Secure Fastening: Tighten the central Allen/hex bolt firmly. The tightening action draws the internal nut forward, forcing the expansion sleeve outward to lock into the handlebar walls securely.
