Installation Guidelines

1. Hollow Core Verification: Confirm your handlebar ends are completely hollow. If your motorcycle features factory handlebars with welded internal threads or permanent solid weights, the expanding rubber/metal sleeve must be omitted in favor of a direct-thread mounting bolt.

2. The 2mm Safety Gap: When locking down the right-hand (throttle side) balancer, explicitly maintain a 1mm to 2mm clearance gap away from the rotating rubber throttle grip. Clamping the balancer flush against the grip will jam the throttle open, creating a catastrophic safety hazard.

3. Torqueing the Anchor: Securely tighten the center Allen bolt. As torque is applied, the internal wedge expands outwards, exerting heavy friction against the inner walls of the handlebar to prevent the balancer from spinning or backing out under high engine RPMs.
