RCB S26 Front Brake Caliper is a premium, high-performance braking upgrade designed specifically for the Yamaha MT-15 platform.
The S26 Series replaces the standard factory front caliper with an advanced, dual-piston configuration housed inside a rigid, performance-oriented body. For models equipped with factory single-channel or dual-channel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), the S26 caliper integrates smoothly with the stock ABS modulator. It maintains proper hydraulic fluid cycling and pulsing frequencies without triggering fault codes or dashboard warning lights.
Installation Guidelines

Use New Sealing Washers: Always use the fresh copper crush washers included in the box when securing your front brake line banjo bolt to prevent microscopic fluid leaks.

Flush with Fresh Fluid: Completely flush your old brake fluid and refill the system with premium, clean DOT 4 brake fluid from a freshly unsealed container.

Bleed Thoroughly: Because the S26 introduces a dual-piston chamber, trapping air during installation is common. Bleed the front brake system completely until the handlebar lever feels rock-solid and responsive.

Brake Pad Bedding-In: Allow roughly 50 to 100 kilometers of gentle, progressive braking for the new pads to seat perfectly against your front disc rotor. Avoid sudden, aggressive emergency stops during this initial window to prevent glazing the pads.
