RCB S3 Alloy Lever Set is a high-precision, ergonomic handlebar upgrade engineered specifically for the Indonesian-spec (Indo) Yamaha 155cc platform without ABS. This plug-and-play kit is fully compatible with the Yamaha YZF-R15 V3, R15 V4, MT-15, and XSR 155 (Non-ABS models).

Installation Guidelines
Transfer Pivot Bushings: When removing your stock Yamaha levers, ensure you transfer any internal brass bushings or pivot sleeves to the RCB levers. This prevents vertical “play” or wobbling of the levers.
Grease the Pivot Bolt: Apply a thin layer of waterproof lithium grease to the pivot bolts before installation. This ensures a smooth, friction-free operation and a quick lever return.
Check Switch Actuation: After installation, verify that the brake lever correctly triggers the brake light switch and the clutch lever activates the starter safety safety-switch.
Cable Tension: Ensure your clutch cable has approximately 2mm to 3mm of freeplay at the lever pivot to prevent clutch slippage under high RPMs.
